Delivery Methods
We offer multiple shipping methods based on the destination and order volume:
Domestic Delivery: By truck or local courier partners.
International Delivery: By sea freight (FOB/CIF), air freight, or express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) as requested.
Delivery Timeframe
Domestic orders: Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
International orders: Delivery takes 30–45 business days depending on shipping method and destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location.
For bulk orders, shipping may be included in the quoted price or negotiated separately.
Order Tracking
A tracking number and shipment details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Payment Policy

Bank Transfer (T/T) – preferred for international orders.
Letter of Credit (L/C) – available for large volume transactions.
Payment Terms
- Standard terms: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% before shipment (unless otherwise agreed).
